Questions, answered
Yes — we'll need access to an outside tap and a mains electric point. Everything else is ours: the machines, the chemicals, the towels and the time. If you're not sure whether your setup will work, send us a photo and we'll tell you straight away.
A Maintenance & Protection Wash is usually 1–2 hours. An Interior Plus Detail sits a little above that. A Deep Clean Valet takes up to 6 hours, and paint enhancement with a ceramic coating is a full day. We'll confirm the timing before you book.
We're based in Northampton and cover a 15 mile radius, which takes in Wellingborough, Kettering, Daventry, Towcester, Rushden and Olney. Further out than that is possible on request — just ask and we'll see what we can do.
Light rain isn't a problem for most work. For paint enhancement and coatings we need dry, sheltered conditions, so if the forecast is against us we'll contact you the day before and move it to the next suitable slot free of charge.
Honestly, no — and be wary of anyone who says they can. We carry out single-stage enhancements, which typically remove 70–80% of swirl marks and light scratches. Anything that has gone through the clear coat can't be polished out safely, and we'll always tell you upfront what's realistically achievable.
